The Greene Turtle is a 37-location sports bar chain that started as an Ocean City pub in 1981. As sole graphic designer, I handled everything - web, social, email, print, menus, signage, and event materials - all cross-functionally and largely independently. It was early-career work that taught me how to move fast, think in systems, and own a brand voice without a lot of guardrails.
