Café Boulud is one of Chef Boulud's most recognized restaurants - a one-Michelin star concept with three distinct locations in New York, Palm Beach, and Toronto. The creative challenge was keeping the brand classic enough to honor that reputation while making it feel current across all three markets. As Art Director, I led a full website rebuild, overhauled the email marketing design, and redesigned menus across locations. The email program was a particular focus - through design iteration and smarter segmentation, we nearly doubled both click and open rates.
