Boulud Sud is Chef Boulud's Mediterranean concept - bright, coastal, and decidedly more relaxed than his fine dining properties. The visual identity needed to reflect that warmth and regionality without losing the precision the Boulud name carries. As Art Director, I led a website redesign and a full menu rework, and contributed to the broader email program across the Boulud portfolio. Of all the restaurant brands I worked on in this group, Boulud Sud gave the most room to play with color and texture.
